1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and r444 ("r444", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the r444 online gaming platform accessible at r444.games, including all associated games, sports betting markets, account services, payment facilities, promotional offers, and any other features or content provided thereon.

r444 is operated by an internationally licensed gaming company. 2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the r444 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held therein.

When registering an r444 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all registration fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address, and mobile phone number.
• Promptly update your account information if any details change after registration.
• Select a strong, unique password for your r444 account and not share your login credentials with any other person.
• Notify r444 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

r444 reserves the right to refuse any account registration application at its sole discretion, without being obliged to provide a reason for the refusal.

Account registration is free of charge. r444 does not levy any fee for creating or maintaining a player account.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

r444 is required under its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification for all player accounts. KYC verification may be requested at registration, prior to first withdrawal, when depositing above specified thresholds, or at any other time at r444's reasonable discretion.

Acceptable identity documents for KYC verification include:

• Valid Pakistani passport
• Provincial driving licence bearing a photograph

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by r444 may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawal requests until verification is satisfactorily completed.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the r444 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). r444 does not currently support transactions in foreign currencies directly through the player wallet interface.

Deposits: r444 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Deposits are generally credited to your r444 account immediately or within a short processing window depending on the payment provider.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where operationally possible. r444 targets withdrawal processing within the following timeframes:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa: typically 5–30 minutes
• Raast instant transfers: typically within 30–60 minutes
• HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank: typically within 1–3 business days

r444 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Withdrawal requests may be declined where the requesting account has not completed KYC verification, has an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements, or where r444 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

r444 offers various promotional offers to players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL season specials. All promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms displayed at the point of offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) must be wagered before any winnings can be withdrawn.
• Time Limits: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms, typically expressed in days from the date of bonus activation. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited without compensation.

7 Gaming Rules

All games available on the r444 platform — including slot games, live casino table games, sports betting markets, and crash games — are governed by individual game rules which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

The following general gaming principles apply across all r444 products:

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the r444 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account on r444, or assisting another person to register on your behalf
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the r444 platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the r444 platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the r444 platform
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or sports betting markets
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers through techniques such as matched betting across multiple accounts or coordinated bonus abuse with other players
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith against legitimate r444 transactions
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing r444 staff, support agents, or other players

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the r444 platform — including but not limited to the r444 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game content, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of r444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the r444 platform for personal entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any r444 content
• Use r444's brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble any part of the r444 software or platform
• Use r444 content for any commercial purpose whatsoever

Any unauthorised use of r444's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your platform access and may give rise to legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage

r444's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to r444 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude r444's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

r444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, r444 will provide advance notice to registered players via the email address on file, via a prominent notice on the r444 platform, or both.

Your continued use of the r444 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with the account termination procedures described in these Terms.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which r444 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of one party notifying the other of the dispute, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution process established by r444's licensing authority. r444's licensing authority provides an independent arbitration mechanism for unresolved player complaints.

Nothing in this clause prevents you from exercising any statutory rights available to you under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
